Prom Representative

Terms and Conditions

For a referral to be eligible, they must provide the Prom Tuxedo Reps' name & school of attendance, and they must reserve their rental after the representative has set up their account. Tuxedo rentals or referrals made prior to you registering to be a prom representative are NOT eligible for the referral discount. Any referrals added after your event date are not eligible.

A female is also eligible to be a prom representative. With 10 referrals she can choose to receive a free tuxedo rental or a $100.00 Visa gift card. Mia's Bridal must be informed if the female chooses the Visa gift card or the free tuxedo rental at the time of registering.

All representatives must provide their $40.00 deposit in order to place their tuxedo order. Any remaining balances will be due upon pick up of the tuxedo. Any discounts that you are entitled to will be calculated at the time of the tuxedo pick up. If a FREE TUXEDO is won, then the $40.00 deposit will be mailed in the form of a check to the address listed on the registration form, upon prompt return of the tuxedo to Mia's Bridal & Tailoring. The tuxedos are available for pick up 1-2 days prior to your prom date.

The cash reward cannot exceed $500.00 and will be rewarded in the form of a Visa gift card. The reward will be mailed to you upon the prompt return of all referral's tuxedos.

The FREE tuxedo rental is for rental items ONLY. It cannot be applied towards any purchase items such as, hat, chain, cane, scarf, pocket square, etc. There are no refunds, cash or credit issued on the discounted or free tuxedo.

The free tuxedo rental can not exceed the value of $160.00 plus the damage waiver and taxes. This amount can not be used towards any purchase items such as hat, hat band, cane, chain, scarf, and pocket square. There are no refunds, cash or credit issued on the discounted or free tuxedo.

All prom representatives must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
