Please take some time to read our updated policies & procedures before heading out to the store.
We are so excited to be back to the business of dressing our brides, grooms and their wedding parties! We are open and accepting appointments. To ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests, we have updated our shopping guidelines and procedures. Things are changing daily, and as we gain additional information from our state and local government, please be patient with us if we must adjust policies as we go.
UPDATED STORE HOURS:
Our current store hours are as follows: Tuesday/Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Closed Sunday/Monday
We are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, which includes alteration fittings, try-on appointments, pick-up, menswear, measurement & accessory appointments. No walk-ins are allowed, but we can often accommodate last minute fill-ins – Just give us a call (913.764.9114)!
We are offering Curbside Pick-Up for those that do not need to try on in store. Give us a call when you arrive at the store.
We are limiting guest counts, depending on the day and type of the appointment. Please ask your consultant for specific numbers. We are doing our best to accommodate as many people as possible, so just ask us 🙂
For those who cannot physically attend the appointment, they may join via their choice of video chat. We offer complimentary WiFi.
Please adhere to the time allotment for your appointment. There is no need to arrive early, but please do arrive on time to ensure you get your full appointment time.
To limit the number of in-store visits, it is recommended you schedule an appointment only if you are ready to make a purchase decision. Feel free to browse our inventory ahead of time on our Pinterest boards or Sale gowns page (we do our best to keep our inventory up to date). Also, if you prefer to shop online from the comfort and safety of your home, shop our Virtual Wedding Gown Sample Sale!
We encourage you to wear a mask if you’re not full vaccinated. All of our staff has been fully vaccinated for your safety!
If you’re not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment for a later day. Or, if one of your guests is not feeling well, please ask them not to attend.
UPON ARRIVAL TO THE STORE:
For weekday appointments, you may come on in the store (no need to call first to check-in). For Saturday appointments, please give us a call to check-in once you arrive in our parking lot (913.764.9114). We ask that you remain in your car until we have your room and consultant ready for you.
